Naila Aladdin-Sanders (Costume Shop Manager) trains actors in the wardrobe requirements for play production and also teaches classes in costume construction, fabric dyeing and painting and theatre crafts.
She holds degrees from Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and Immaculate Heart College in Fashion and in Textile Design, and is the Southern California Representative for the Surface Design Association as well as a member of both the Costumers' Guild and the Los Angeles Silk Painters' Society. She custom designs handpainted silk clothing and fine art for private clients.
Naila has been designing costumes for many years and received an NAACP award for Best Costume Design of STEAL AWAY at West Coast Ensemble. Her costumes for DARKER FACE OF THE EARTH, produced by the Fountain Theatre, helped the show's nomination for Best Production at the LA Weekly Awards. Her relationship with the Robey Theatre Company brought a second NAACP Image Award for FOR THE LOVE OF FREEDOM;TOUSSAINT THE SOUL part I in the year 2001. Part 2 if the Haitian trilogy, DESSALINE; THE HEART, was produced in 2002, and part three is slated for 2004.
Design opportunities have been plentiful in the last few years; Naila designed the costumes for THE SCOTTSBORO BOYS; LIVE FROM DEATH ROW, and DESSALINE, the costumes for YOUNG, GIFTED AND BLACK and GOING TO ST. IVES at the Fountain Theatre, PRIVATE BATTLE at the Watts Village Theatre Company, BANNED AND BURNED IN AMERICA, at the Greenway Court Theatre, and LADY DAY AT THE EMERSON BAR & GRILL, MARIA CALLAS AND THE MASTER CLASS, and JOE TURNER'S COME AND GONE at the Fountain Theatre, and the world premiere of BLUE DOOR at South Coast Repertory. email

Eddie Bledsoe (Costume Director) designed Reza Abdoh's last production, A STORY OF INFAMY for the Frankfurt Opera. Film projects include OVERLOAD, 'ROCKETS RED GLARE, THE GENERAL'S DAUGHTER, THE DEBTORS, ROUGH RIDERS, BATMAN FOREVER, ALIVE, I'LL LOVE YOU FOREVER,...TONIGHT, IDYLLWILD, and NO EASY WAY. Eddie also designs the "DaVinci" retro shirts featured in TWO AND A HALF MEN, THE TRUMAN SHOW, SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE, THE DREW CAREY SHOW, and SEINFELD. For USC School of Theatre he designed RING 'ROUND THE MOON and HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING.
At LACC Theatre Academy, he has designed costumes for MOON OVER BUFFALO, TWO WISE GUYS OF VERONA, DRACULA, COYOTE WOMAN, THE WAITING ROOM, A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE, THE KENTUCKY CYCLE, THE TIME OF YOUR LIFE, THE EFFECT OF GAMMA RAYS. . . , CAT ON A HOT TIN ROOF, MARISOL,COMMON ROOMS,ALICE IN WONDERLAND, THE SHADOW BOX, LITTLE MURDERS and DESIRE. email

| Patricia McKenna - Costume Shop Forewoman - lists her chief occupation as spoiling cats. She lives in the foothills above Pasadena with a fat dog of indeterminate breed and 4 feline associates. She is a product of the University of California and the California State University systems among other institutions of learning. She started making costumes at the age of four and has continued to do so ever since. She is not especially particular about the medium in which she is willing to clothe and has worked in film, television, stage, reenactment, music videos, museum, and custom design. When not petting cats or building costumes, Pat reads, collects books, travels or rearranges her large collection of fabrics. |

| Diane Sisko (Costume Director, Web page editor) Purdue University, Costumers' Guild, Costume Society of America, costume design adjudicator for Region VIII of the KC/ACTF, has designed costumes and makeup at the Los Angeles Theatre Academy for many memorable projects including; LOOSE ENDS, CHER ANTOINE, NICHOLAS NICKELBY, AMADEUS, ROMEO AND JULIET, MEDEA, MACBETH, AS YOU LIKE IT, the rock version of TWO GENTLEMEN OF VERONA, I THINK WE'RE ALL BOZOS ON THIS BUS, ZOMBIE ATTACK!, OUR COUNTRY'S GOOD, NIGHT OF JANUARY 16th, AFTER THE FALL, THE KENTUCKY CYCLE, and 'TIS PITY SHE'S A WHORE.' She has also worked with Medieval Times, Long Beach City College, and the Living Room Theatre, and the films 'ROCKETS RED GLARE,' and 'TIN MAN.' At the Odyssey Theatre she collaborated with Eddie Bledsoe on the award-winning comic costumes for 'FIVE WOMEN WEARING THE SAME DRESS' and with alum Diane Winesburg on 'RHINOCEROS.' For East LA Classic Theatre she designed 'CYRANO de BERGERAC' and 'MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING' at the John Anson Ford Theatre.
